Goldie Marie Hottes
	
Goldie Marie Hottes, 93, of DuQuoin, passed away Saturday, April 22, 2000 at 7:25 p.m. in Franklin Hospital in Benton.
	Mrs. Hottes was a homemaker.  She was born October 14, 1906 at DuQuoin, the daughter of Harry and Pearl (Foster) Jackson.  She married Paul Cavitt on October 2, 1925 in Perry County and then married Willard Hottes on january 6, 1942 at Cape Girardeau, MO and he preceded her in death in 1974.
	Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Paul and Mary Cavitt, Jr. of Dowell; a daughter, Betty Funkhouser of Herrin; daughter-in-law, Rosemary Cavitt of Chicago; grandchildren, Marlene and Ron Whitecotten of Herrin, Allen and Mary Cavitt of Dowell, Bryan and Lisa Cavitt of DuQuoin, Paula and Mark Hacker of Duquoin, Robert and Sandy Cavitt of Dowell, Sue and Jeff Fairbanks of Christopher, Tom, Terry and Mary Cavitt of Chicago; 23 grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
	She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, one son, one grandson, one great-grandson, two brothers, two sisters and one son-in-law.
	Funeral services were Tuesday, April 25 at 2 p.m. at Neal-McClure Memorial Chapel in DuQuoin with Rev. Ralph Brandon officiating.  Interment was in Sunset Memorial Park at DuQuoin.
	Friends were able to call Tuesday from 9 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.
